"I didn't start my fitness journey looking for 'mobility.' Like many of you, I spent over two decades chasing performance at the highest level. From the high-impact world of Muay Thai and boxing to the sheer intensity of CrossFit and the precision of bodybuilding, I’ve spent 20 years learning exactly what the human body is capable of. I loved the grind, the heavy weights, and the competitive edge.

But as I moved past 30, the rules changed. The 'no pain, no gain' mantra that fueled my 20s started leading to more time on the sidelines and less time in the gym. I realized that if I wanted to stay active for another 20 years, I had to stop training like a teenager and start training like an athlete who values longevity.

That’s why I created Fit Over 30. I took the best principles from bodybuilding, the functional power of CrossFit, and the agility of combat sports to create a system that prioritizes joint health and sustainable strength. You don't have to give up your intensity; you just have to train smarter. My mission is to help you reclaim your range and build a body that feels as good as it looks."
